QUESTION: If you sell a timeshare for $1 here but you've already booked a vacation with it, do you get to keep that booked vacation?

I'm looking into helping my girlfriend sell some of her timeshares, we have a ton of points on Exploria. If we sell it here for $1 and have some vacations booked for next year with it do we get to keep those vacations or will we lose them to the person who buys the timeshare?

Since not many people own Exploria on TUG you might do better on the "other Timeshares" forum on on Facebook Exploria groups. If you conduct a Search on the "Tug: Other Timeshares Forum" some Exploria threads pop up.

Under most circumstances that is something to be determined between buyer and seller as part of the written purchase agreement.
