Question for owners at Inn at Mazatlan

We have just confirmed a two week exchange into the Inn at Mazatlan for Christmas and New Years for 2009. There were more units available these two weeks, but RCI informed us that the 1 in 4 rule at this resort doesn't allow for additional units, only one unit for consecutive weeks.
We have some friends who are thinking about coming, but will have to rent, and there is nothing posted on the classifieds for this resort
Is there an owner's site where rentals are posted that we can check out?
