We are Chairman’s Club and looking to book a resort 13 months out using points. Do you have to call in to do this or can you book it on line? It seems like we have had issues trying to book on line.

MVC Trust Points
You can book it online at 13 months if there is availability. Not all resorts have 13 month inventory released on the exact date the system says they should be released.
So for example with my last points booking, with the two MVC resorts in Phuket, one showed availability at 13 months out whilst the other which I wanted to book didn’t show availability until much closer to the 12 month mark.

You can book online at 13 months out, but not all inventory is released at that time. The remainder of the inventory is released at 12 months out.
