I used mine with amazon and it did not need to be used all at once.

What did you get. We did a sales presentation recently and got resort credit, two paper $25 vouchers. Use all at once or could use separately. If they gave you a branded gift card (Visa, Amex) you can spend it as you like. Keep in mind that spending these at some places, stores and restaurants is problematic unless you know the exact balance and tell them to charge exactly that balance to the card. Restaurants usually don't work with these kinds of gift cards.

I'm always leery of vouchers of any kind. They seem straightforward, but I've had experiences where the fine print precludes you from using them the way that you assumed you could. For example no use on weekends, no use at certain time of day. Since I can't examine the fine print at the concierge desk, I usually consider them worthless. An Amex Gift Card or a defined discount on a thing you are sure you want can have a good value.
