have found a resale i might purchase, but my only question is the seller said these 2 deeds (154,000 points each) were originally fixed weeks that have been converted to points

THE AD STATES:

Fairfield Plantation Resort, Villa Rica, GA
308,000 Total Annual Points (2-154,000 deeds) January Use year

is this something that can give me a problem, do they have to be converted every year.

is there any consideration to red week etc.

i was originally looking for bonnet creek because i plan to stay there often, but they seem to be more expensive. im not worried about ARP does this seem ok

Thanks for you help,
brett

As long as the weeks were converted to FSP points as the ad seem to indicate, you should be fine.
