Question about renting out our 4th of July week at Marriott Timber Lodge

So we have a 4th of July week booked in a 2bd2ba villa at Marriott Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe, which just reopened. We'd like to rent it out. Three questions: 1) what would you charge, and 2) where should we list it to have the most success with renting it out? And lastly, my guess is that anyone willing to travel there lives around the Bay area--do you think there might be something stopping people from wanting to be at that property due to COVID-19? e.g., it only offers valet parking and there is no self-park option, it's right in the middle of Heavenly village which normally gets quite crowded (don't know about now), etc. Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide!

Lots of good questions to wonder about. Timer Lodge is great resort, and we really enjoyed our trip there last year. I live in Bay area, and that is definitely a resort i have looked into for a summer trip. We debated about going up for a few days around the 4th, but ultimately decided it would be too crowded for liking.

FWIW. We were at HGVC in Park City in early June. They changed from valet parking only to self service due to the virus.

I’m also from Sacramento and South Tahoe is not considered a bad place to go if you are willing to go out.

Casinos in Stateline opened June 4.

My daughter was just there last week - July 23-27, and said it was really crowded!! The valet parking is free for owners staying there. It is due to the lack of space to provide outdoor parking they had to create underground parking, and their insurance. It is a very high demand week as the 4th up there is really great. You could try putting it in airbnb, or listing for rent on here or some other timeshare site. I see you posted this in late June, and it is now past the 4th of July. I wasn't sure if you were referring to 2021.
