I have the opportunity to buy a two bedroom ocean view at Ko Olina (annual), and I am wondering what a good price is. There are no recent ebay closed sales, and red week lowest asking price is $14,000.

Does anyone remember what they usually go for on ebay? thanks for any feedback!

Adriana,

I know that gblotter bought an EOY 2BR OV for approx $7K....that was an eBay purchase, I believe.

Good luck and let us know how it works out!

Best,

Greg

KOBC x6, Westin Kierland x2, and we went to the darkside and bought points!
$12,500 is the average over the last year or so on Ebay.

I'd be careful about locking yourself into those maintenance fees unless you want to go every year.

I stayed on Maui this past summer in a 1BR, 2 bath condo with a huge lanai. I had a full kitchen, view of Molokai (I think that was what I was seeing), with a five minute walk to the Ritz Carlton (and had full access to all amenities). It was in Kapalua. I paid $249 per night.
