Question about Grand Pacific Palisades and HGVC

I don't know if anyone can help or not but here it goes:

We currently own HGVC Kingsland (I don't know if that makes a difference or not) and a week at Grand Pacific Palisades. Now that Grand Pacific Palisades is an affiliate, does anyone know if it is possible to change the week we own at Grand Pacific into HGVC points? Any information or advice would be appreciated.
