Tried to call in to get info, but that was a complete waste of time. Nice phone rep, but she had no knowledge or training on the exchange system.
System was showing Destination Exhange availability for a week at a Wyndham resort, but that week is during a scheduled guest blackout period with Wyndham. I spoke with the front desk manager at the Wyndham property, who stated the resort was not accepting guest reservations or exchange reservations during that timeframe.
