Quarter House exchange through II

I just exchanged into Quarter House for a week in October for a 2BR unit #421 as stated on the confirmation.
my question is, does this 2BR have only 1 bathroom per unit? we are traveling with another couple and if this is the case, not sure this will work for us.
Does anyone out there know anything about unit #421 at Quarter house?
ie: which way does it face, does it have any balcony, and most importantly how many bathrooms does it have?

TUG member 'Greg G' stayed in unit 421 in 2013. Shoot him a PM and get the details that he remembers.

Your exchange confirmation should have the number of bathrooms on it. If it has two bathrooms it should indicate two line items for the bathrooms. These are "usually" accurate but not 100%.

I found an old listing that shows 1 bathroom but I am leaning towards two. I haven't seen any QH1 HOA 2BR units with 1 bath but it is still very possible. I have seen several in the original QH HOA sections.

Check what you can but also phone the front desk. They can tell you very quickly the bathrooms, windows, sq ft, and bed types of the unit. They have a book handy that contains this info. It is vital with the QH having almost as many room types as there is units.

Yes, as Saintsfanfl indicated we stayed in unit 421 in 2013. Just go through the pictures on the TUG QuarterHouse review page looking at any pictures captioned with "unit 421". That was a really nice unit.

It has 2 bathrooms. One that looked to be just recently updated, with a nice granite back shower, off the 2nd bedroom, and the other off the master bedroom that had one of those neat antique tubs and a stained glass window. The layout of the unit is nice in that the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, separated by the kitchen/dining room, making things more private.
The unit doesn't really have a view of anything except the building next door, but you can see the sky from the unit through the two skylights. We really liked the unit.
