Quail Hollow resort closed suddenly?

My resort, in Drums, PA, once called Quail Hollow at Beech Mountain Lakes, then Crown Hollow of the Poconos abruptly closed last November. Fixed weeks owners have Luzerne County deeds for our week/unit but we were not able to occupy our weeks that we have deeds for.
Is anyone else having a similar issue and how is it being handled

That is too bad. We enjoyed our stay there in Aug.2022 but the resort looked tired and in need of upgrades and or refurbishment. There were several units near ours that were totally gutted and being worked on during our stay. Some units seemed to be privately owned. The only thing we weren't crazy on was, the check-in office / activities building was a the opposite end of the lake from where most of the units were. We did have a nice view of the lake from our deck and probably would have returned.

We visited there several times over the years and loved the location. Unfortunately the management really let it fall apart.
