Has anyone had an Anterior Cervical Discectomy Spine Surgery
with Fusion and Bone Marrow Graft done in the last few years?
What was your experience and how long did it take to recover?

Any non surgerical alternatives to surgery?

My brother had it twice. Once about 10 years ago, and he was laid up for quite some time with a lot of pain; then again about two months ago (after a slip and fall on some ice), and he was off work for about a week and had no pain whatsoever. He says the surgery has come a long way over the last decade.

Zero Gravity Recliners

Zero gravity recliners are designed to relieve the body of the pressures experienced in an upright position. By extending the lower legs above the heart, the spine is allowed to decompress.

This position has several benefits including:

Less pressure on the spine
Reduced muscle tension
Less pressure on the heart and expanded lung capacity
Increased circulation and increased blood oxygen levels

Does anyone have a zero gravity recliner
Does it help with your back or neck pain
