Purchasing another resale week

Is there anything I should know or do when buying a second resale week? I have one WKORV resale week and in the process of buying a second WKORV resale week. I know that the title of the weeks should appear EXACTLY as the other week to avoid duplicate SVN fees (right?).

Give the closing agent your owner number. Both should be under the same number.
