I purchased in Oceanside Ca for a Wyndham Access. My reason was that he showed how being a Silver Elite would get me extra benefits for very low cost weeks with 45 or less days notice. I paid cash on Sunday the 6th and decided probably could do better with my cash on eBay or ? Sent the letter to the Las Vegas address Fed Ex on the 10th. I believe that should be sufficient but noticed some people returning the bag containing all of the membership books, etc.
The instructions I have do not mention anything besides a letter.

Based on my recent experience with Wyndham, you will be fine having not returned the bag.

rescission period in california is 7 days, so yes you should be just fine.

welcome to also send them a letter saying you will return the binder and promotional materials in a separate package later, as you are correct many times they charge you for them if not returned.

congrats on finding us in time!
