Has anyone heard what is happening to this resort after December 2017? All contracts are up and we have not yet heard what their plans are.

I was told by someone fairly well conected with PB that they were going to do extensive remodeling, half of the resort at a time. Probably generate income thru rentals or whatever during the remod and then resell it. I assume sales of the type as Emerald bay.
