but I don't seem to get any response, is this the correct address to book some of our weeks?

This is the address I use: lzatarain@pueblobonito.com.mx She does reservations at PB Rose and should be able to direct you to the proper person is she can't help you.

I just logged into the Pueblo Bonito Website and since we own at Emerald Bay, I checked that one.

The email address there is reservations_emerald@pueblobonito.com.mx
