Public records for Vacation Village timeshares

Curious if anyone knows where to look for public records (deeds, liens, RE taxes, etc) for the Colonies at Williamsburg, and GrandViw at Las Vegas. Likely most people don't care but curious if someone has looked into these before they purchase. TIA.

Start by finding out the county or city those timeshares are located in and look for the clerk or court, tax collector or recorder. Each state can do it a bit differently.

Thanks for the link for GrandView - will look into this. I tried hard and couldn’t find anything for Colonies which is in Williamsburg VA.

Every county and state will be a bit different. Some make it easy to look at records online, some not so much. Some won't be available online. If you can't figure how how to access what you want, call the city or county government and ask for help.
