Proxy Letter Choice?

I received a proxy letter with the option of "Representative Association Management" or I provide a proxy. Do I really have an option? Is there a representative that TUG supports. This is for PCB. Please advise and many thanks!

I just sent in several of these. I just provide a proxy so they'll have a quorum and be able to conduct the meeting. Other than that, I don't think it matters if we vote or how.

The proxy, whoever it might be, is legally required to vote according to what you indicate on the proxy selection. Therefore, it shouldn't make a difference if you select the "Representative Association Management" or someone else.
