Process for Buying a Resale Timeshare?

Hi all,

Forgive me if this question has been asked a million times :)

About to pull the trigger on purchasing a resale timeshare, that has RCI points associated with it. Other than filling out the resort transfer form and paying their fee what else needs to be done?
