Procedure for Transferring a Banked WeeK

I've recently purchased a unit at Orange Lake, and the 2011 week was part of the agreement.

However, this week was already banked with RCI by the original owner.

What is the procedure that needs to be followed to transfer that week to my RCI account?

How long should this take?
