Problem with online HGVC Reservation List

Thanks for sharing. Perhaps the delay is due to a reduced IT staff.
Problem is, AFAIK, this had been working previously. So it would appear that they did something to cause this rather than just not having staff to fix an extant issue. This is one of their somewhat common problems: rolling out new features without proper testing. If they are short-staffed, best approach is th delay rollout and allow the additional testing time required with reduces resources.

If customers are demanding certain new features, that's one thing. These don't seem to be things that we demanded. Rather things that they unwisely rushed out without proper regression.

I totally agree with your point about delaying rolling out new things on the website without proper testing whether they have reduced staff or are fully staffed. This has been a problem with the HGVC IT since they rolled out the Revolution system 10 years ago so while reduced staff could be a concern it most likely is HGVC IT as usual.

By the way what is AFAIK?

Thanks for the update. Yes, mine also now come up after about 15-30 seconds. They must have fixed them today because it wasn't working this morning.

i’m having a different web problem, used to be if I clicked Book Now and entered, for example, Oahu, March 1-8, I would get this nifty calendar showing all resorts and room types, and I could drag the bars on the calendar to open days. now that doesn’t come up any more. did it move somewhere?

I know on Home Week bookings you select Book Now first before the dates but on club bookings, I select the destinations in which I am interested. In your case, this would be Oahu, and then enter the dates. I am doing the same way as before. This will bring up all available rooms in Oahu for those dates.
