Prices of "sold" units in Price History?

Just joined TUG, wanting to sell one of my timeshares. Going to the Resort, Ratings and Reviews section of the website, I can find my timeshare company. When I click the Price History tab, are the prices shown "asking" prices, or is that the ACTUAL price the units sold for?

Those are selling prices.

If the info. isn't recent:

Go to ebay
log-in
search for your resort by exact name
in the menu on the left select "completed auctions"

That will get you a list of the most recent selling prices on ebay.

Brace yourself - most timeshares are selling for 0-10% of original retail.
