I had great thoughts of hosting my kids and grandkids each year in this great family resort in Surfside Beach, SC, but alas they had other thoughts about it LOL. I should have known better...
I have 2 contracts to give away.
EOY Odd - I have already paid the maintenance of $940 and reserved the week of July 11 - 18th, 2021.
The "buyer"can reimburse me and keep the week, or have first usage in 2023.
EOY Even - first usage 2022. Reservations have not been made yet. I have been paying the maintenance 2 years in advance and reserving a July week, but the resort will put you on a monthly payment schedule, and you can reserve up to 2 years in advance without having to lay out all the money in advance.
The unit is a 3BR lock out sleeps 12/8. The 2BR side sleeps 8 with full kitchen, king bed in MBR, 2 doubles in the 2nd BR and a sleeper sofa. There are 2 BR's and a washer dryer. The lockout is called a hotel but is really like a studio, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, partial kitchen (small refrigerator and stovetop but no over) with its own washer and dryer.
If you split the unit and deposit into RCI, the 2021 week would give you 35 and 24 TPUs, respectively. Historically the trading power has been around 60 TPUs.
The resort is not on the beach, but has a free shuttle. There is a great splash pool for the kids and onsite activities.
I am asking that the buyer pay closing and any transfer costs. LT Transfers will do it for under $200. There was a transfer fee of $175 when I acquired the unit.
