That's Platinum time and Public School Vacation week for most of the Northeast part of the country. Equals very high demand.

From experience I can tell you that it doesn't get much higher demand at BPT.

I have had request in since March of 2019 for a 2 bedroom and it never came thru. Using a 2 bedroom Grand Chateau.

When I was a public school teacher, my Barony Beach, Fourth of July, one year out would pull Oceana Palms, Ocean Pointe and Beachplace Towers Presidents’ Week. I think the most important thing is getting your request in early.
