This is the study my husbands oldest daughter is involved in (she is a researcher at Mayo in Jacksonville). crucial step in any potential treatment is making sure it isn't causing more harm. So far-looks good
She said the next paper to come out in 2 weeks is 10000 patients and will have more outcome data showing it is helping.

All the experimental treatments going on across the world is giving me hope of life returning to more "normal" this fall as we get effective treatments out there.

I actually take the drug, zero side effects for me. I take it for a very rare use of it, idiopathic hives. For me, I hope at least one of these drugs turns out to be an effective treatment until such a time as (if ever) a vaccine comes out. There was some good stuff on the latest PBS Nova Covid episode about vaccines and such, nothing I can post here though.
