I have been contacted by "Preferred Inventory" who want to buy Worldmark time-shares for no money from me. They promise to pay all fees. They will also buy my Royal Islander week in St. Martin for $500. They seem to have no fingerprints in the Internet. Does anyone know anything about them? I do want to sell or give away my Worldmark (points) "unit."

Your worldmark points are worth about 25 -40 cents per point. Depending on the number of unused/used

Unless you have a loan balance that exceeds that exceeds that you should be able to find a buyer, probably not local though.

Since its a membership not a deed it's an easy transfer process, however Wyndham is charging $299 to do the paperwork

Go to www.wmowners.com for more information on selling OR using your WM points

WorldMark is successfully selling. You can sell it yourself, or use a broker with a good reputation. There is no need to use some random cold caller.
