Pre-Arrival at Harborside?

We're going to Harborside as owners for the first time next week. Will we get a pre-arrival email from them regarding room choice? We wanted to be on the same floor as my daughter's family. We've heard nothing so far. We exchanged in once before but didn't expect any input that time. Thank you.

You should receive an email. You can call Starwood/resort and ask for you requests. However, they will not be garanteed. Rooms are assigned at check in. IIRC and as of 2/15, there is no owner's check in line. There is a check in line for 4 and 5 * Elite which expedites things and helps with room assignment, at least that is my experience.

Enjoy the trip. Hopefully all amenities are open.

We just arrived at Harborside for 2 weeks. We had requested our 3 rooms to be near one another and they are all in the same building, although on different floors. They had definitely noted the request on the reservation; they mentioned it while checking in.

As an aside, we couldn't be much happier with our room location. Not sure if 5* Elite has anything to do with it, but all 3 of our rooms are in building 7 overlooking the marina. On a StarOptions reservation for Thanksgiving, no less.
