Anyone stay at the Powhatan recently? How many of the units are renovated.
I am staying in a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. What can I expect. I requested a renovated unit but they can not guarantee on.

We stayed in a non-renovated unit there last summer, and it was perfectly fine, IMO.

We haven't been there in two years but we loved the place. Well located, spacious units, well appointed. Great pool facility.
