I have a Powhatan Plantation account that is all paid up and ready for a new owner.
The sellers are paying the closing costs and have already paid the 2025 maintenance fees.

Fixed Unit# 75 2 bed deluxe 2 bath, sleeps 6, Full Kitchen, Non lock off.
Fixed Week# 25 Saturday Check in, June 21st - 28th, 2025
Annual maintenance fees $1,438.18 due January 1st
Buyers starts paying maintenance fees January 2026
