Portugal TS with II

Hello tugers! I see that II claims to have 24 resorts in Portugal, but when I search availability month by month...none come up. Has anyone been there through an II exchange? How about the Marketplace on this site, is Portugal an option and possible to get?
If anyone has ideas of the best way to secure good accommodations please let me know.
