Portfolio Point units have a higher point cost?

Why would an HPP unit have a slightly higher point requirement?
Ex, Aspen week 13 (platinum), seven days, 2 bed requiring 2080 points (see photo)

Grand Aspen has Sat and Sun check ins, and this particular week may be coming from the Sun check in Portfolio inventory, so the first Sat night may be considered week 12 which is Diamond. Just a guess.

You will save a lot (820 points) of you don't book that first Saturday night and book 6 nights instead, starting on Sunday. Saturday nights cost a lot of Portfolio points for some reason.
