Have anyone recently visited this resort in Duck, NC ?
What were your impressions and where stairs a problem, walking up to the main floor of the resort?

I have been by it, and I don't think it's a resort. It's more like a subdivision. The houses are huge and built as rental properties that individuals buy with the hope of renting out by the week enough times to pay the mortgage. Owners can use whenever they want if they are willing to "lose" the rental income for that week.
