I have been trying to contact them to confirm I rolled my time over to next year and the phone for Pohaku says it is not valid??? Anyone else know how to contact them.

I just called and it picked up with the regular menu. This is the number I call,1 (877) 976-6652.

I just called and it picked up with the regular menu. This is the number I call,1 (877) 976-6652.
When I call from my home phone(area code 831) it says the call is not allowed but when called from my cell(area code 408) the call went through. Thank you for your response!!
