Pono Kai II reservation unit number on exchange?

This is what my exchange certificate says. Any insight on the unit or building? If so , do you usually get the unit or building your exchange certificate has on it ?

I believe the P would be a Pono Kai owner association owned unit. Pacific Fantasy, Bluegreen and at least one other management company owns units there.

I really don’t know how they decide what exchangers get. I have heard people get in the J building and others have gotten oceanfront. I really think it depends on what is available at the time. They are usually pretty accommodating but many reservations have assigned units so they are limited.
