Ponds at Fox Hollow, Lee, MA
Hi folks, new to this forum. I'm trying to help my mother give away her timeshare week at Ponds at Fox Hollow resort in Lee, MA. http://www.pondsatfoxhollow.com/ It's week 1 (starts the 1st Saturday after New Year Day), It was originally a 99 year deed, which has 70 years left. The unit is a two bedroom and 2020 maintenance fees have already been paid (about $950). With my father passing away earlier this year, she really cannot afford this any longer.
