There are several Wyndham timeshares that are part of their Fairshare Plus points program located in Pompano Beach, but none that are called that. There is Royal Vista, Santa Barbara, Sea Garden and Palm-Aire. Royal Vista is on the beach and very nice. Palm Aire is about 10 minutes inland across from the casino, and generally very nice. I've only stayed in these two. Santa Barbara is across the street from Royal Vista on the Intercoastal, with beach and facilities access at Royal Vista. Sea Gardens is about 1 half mikle north of Royal Vista, but not on the beach. Royal Vista trades thru II, and the rest thru RCI. Santa Barbara was closed for a couple of years while they rebuilt the inside after the hurricane. Re-opened several months ago. Looks very nice on the inside, but the layout works better for my family at Royal Vista, where we'll continue to stay.
