Polo Towers 2006 Maintenance Fees?

I purchased two timeshare at The Suites at Polo Towers a couple of months ago and I have yet to receive any ownership information or the 2006 maintenance fee bill from the resort for either timeshare! Does anyone know the exact amount of the 2006 fees? Also, when are these fees due? The management company is obviously not doing their jobs (maybe they are too busy trying to push the special assessment on us)!

Have you contacted them to make sure they have you transfered, that they have completed their end of the paperwork to record you as owner. It took them a while after we had purchased and had settlement before they got caught up. I called a couple times to make sure they had been notified we had purchased and were the new owners but they said they were backed up getting it entered into the computer or something like that. Our bill for the MF came out in September I think so depending on when you purchased the bill may have gone to the previous owner. If he/she didn't pay it (with you reimbursing for the 06 MF), it is possible they haven't been paid and their billing system hasn't been updated. If you haven't called already, it is worth a phone call so you don't get caught in someone trying to bill you for late fees. Keep a record of who you talk to and when.
