Polo Tower Rental- Las Vegas

Has anyone rented from a Wayne Morgan?? He has pts and can rent us a one and a two bedroom unit. He wants us to deposit a ck into his account. Does this sound okay, to go this route?? We have never rented on tug 2 before?? We own a TS at Velas in Mexico but have never rented it out before. Should we be asking for a receipt or confirmation from Polo towers?? Please advise if you have rented units before from the Polo Towers in Vegas.
