If I want a resort on DEC. 23 2006, what is the exact date that I should search in the 10 month window? Feb 23?

You can search ten months in advance to the calendar day; however, our system is based on a 30-day month. Since February is a short month, you may be able to start a couple of days earlier.

This should be changed. It's too confusing. What about Leap Year? If a person is one day too late the "exchange of a lifetime" may be gone. Why not change the wording to "300 days in advance"?

Is it exactly 300 days, or is it 9 months + 30 days ?

It is simple enough, just log into your points account and it will tell you exactly what the days available are. Watch it a day or two before your expected dates and you can tell when the "magic" date is.
