I have read all the FAQs and searched TUG for answers. I believe I have found what I needed, but after several hours, can't find it again 
My question is this: in Jan. I booked Greensprings in Williamsburg for Sept. I am a points member. According to what I found (I think), this exchange should get the One Plus One. In the FAQs it lists Virginia in the North Interior US. As of now, I have not received the One Plus One. How do I check on this? Do I need to call RCI, or will an e mail do? Or is this program for weeks members only? From all the searching I have done, I wonder if this program is in effect for all RCI members, or if guides are really educated as to when to give the member the One Plus One. Any information will be appreciated. With the cost of Extra Vacations going through the roof (AZ in April for $600 to $800? ), this may be an alternative for us. Thanks again.
