Point to trade into DVC

How many points does it take to trade into DVC. Looking to buy a RCI points property.

I see Saratoga Springs and Old Key West 1 bedrooms consistently available for 85,000 points. When they go on "sale" I've seen them for 68,000 and also down to 23,500 but those come up infrequently and go immediately. Also, make sure you don't buy an RCI points property located in the Orlando area or you wont be able to use it to trade into Disney
