Here is the latest from COPP
COPP (Concerned Owners at the Point at Poipu)
We would like to bring your attention to two recent articles regarding our complaints.
One can be found at: http://www.lvrj.com/business/-under...suite-for-painting-maintenance-137340493.html
The article states, "Since promotion for the series began in December, the only negative has been criticism of Diamond Resorts on social media networks by some unhappy timeshare owners. Cloobeck said the comments "are coming from less than 10 people out more than 650,000 members. I would be happy to given them back their money."
With well over 1,000 members, it would cost Mr. Cloobeck in excess of $20 million dollars to refund the members of COPP. Get your refunds while the offer is on the table.
We would encourage EVERY owner to contact DRI immediately in writing via email and request a full refund if you would like one. stephenj.cloobeck@diamondresorts.com
We strongly recommend that you also cc: the reporter, Howard Stutz at hstutz@reviewjournal.com (702-477-3871 and @howardstutz on Twitter) and Richard Velotta,
reporter for the story below at rvelotta@yahoo.com (702-259-4061).
The media needs to hear that we are not a small group of 10 owners who are unhappy.
Send a copy to COPP so we can track the number of refund requests rcummings@poipuowners.org

The one negative of being the subject of a reality TV show is that Diamond Resorts is getting criticized on the "Undercover Boss" Facebook page over fees, maintenance and sales tactics.
Cloobeck said the problem is between timeshare owners and their homeowners association, not with the company.
"All I want is for any guest to contact me and I will fix any issue and make them happy," he said.
"That's why my business card is at every front desk and matters come right here to me."

"Las Vegas is going to be proud when they see it," he said.
Legal updates are coming this week from COPP, LLC. Maybe that will make them proud in Las Vegas!
