First time for us to use our AA ffmiles for Hawaiian air flight to Hawaii. We ended up with two airlines' Locator numbers: American and Hawaiian.

In todays mail from AA we got the E-Ticket Confirmation but it shows Hawaiian Air flights -- our question is -- Do we go to the American Airline terminal or Hawaiian Air terminal to check in?

Hope someone has the answer  . Thanks!

You are flying Hawaiian. I'd go to the Hawaiian terminal.

I've had the same issue in the past when flying an AA partner using a reservation made thru AA on AA miles. I used the partner's record locator to reserve my seats in advance, and also the partner's record locator when I checked in for the flight.

Go to the airline you are flying on, that's what we've done in the past.
