I recently put an ad to sale my bluegreen TS with 60000 points is clean(no mortgage, maintenance or any club dues) someone contact me about transfer my TS on his name like a gift, since we are been trying to get rid of this for years it sound like a good idea, Does any body have this kind of experience or done this before? He said he acquired contracts from TUG member before, please let me know if someone have any advice on this.

I have been gifted 2 timeshares from other Tuggers, and we have a forum, where Tuggers acquire free timeshares every day. Just use someone reputable to do the transfer, and you will be fine. (I think you have to use a specific company for Blue Green Points - contact Blue Green for that info.)
