I am giving away my Players Club Week 26 Unit in Hilton Head for free. This is typically July 4 week. This unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. It is a fixed unit and is located on the ground floor with patio facing the courtyard/pool. Players Club is located near Coligny and is approximately .4 mile from the beach with a direct pathway and beach access. The resort is located directly adjacent to the VanDerMeer Tennis Center and court time is complimentary. This resort is managed by VRI and the maintenance fees have remained consistent and low. The fees are $576/year. The 2020 fees have been paid and I am offering free use of the 2020 week with transfer. I will pay all transfer fees with LT Services. We have enjoyed several years at this resort but we are adjusting our portfolio. I hope someone else can enjoy it as much as we have. The resort trades with both II and RCI. When I have looked in the past, it received 26 TPUs with RCI and I have traded for Marriott Surfwatch via II.
