Playa refurbishment programme

Is anyone aware which building(s) at Marriott's Playa Andaluza, Marbella would have benefitted from the most recent refurbishment ?
 
Playa BOD meeting minutes from May 15 state 'soft goods renovation' will be undertaken in all apartments during the off-season, along with annual maintenance.

All 3 Spanish resorts will be renovated in parallel.

Would off season be Jan - Feb 2016 ?

We'll be there in 2 weeks time so was wondering which units would have benefitted from their most recent refurbishment programme.
 
The October newsletter sent to Marbella Beach resort owners stated that refurbishment program would be going on over "the next five to six months" so it might already have started. I will ask when I'm there in early December.
