2021 MFs are $960 so WAY LESS than a penny a point!

Plantation Resort is located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. South Carolina law requires deed transfers to be performed by a state licensed lawyer. The resort has a deal with a local law firm to perform all aspects of the transfer for a set fee of $380. Easy!

This is close in value to the 98k Grandview contacts, which are popular because it's a pretty good points ratio but can still be found for free / just transfer costs on the regular. IIRC, SC is one of the states with more favorable walkway terms - probably a perk for some folks.

That’s a good point to add. The resort does accept deed backs, which I’ll be doing if no one wants to take advantage of this offer. It’s peace of mind to have a no hassle exit available.
