"Plans for the new Sea Turtle Marketplace are beginning to take shape as the old Pineland Station is slowly coming down. The project, led by Virginia-based Wheeler Real Estate Co., will completely revamp the 40-year-old, worse-for-wear shopping center at William Hilton Parkway and Mathews Drive on Hilton Head Island." ...

The mid-north end of the island is seeing some well-done improvements these last few years. :)
