Currently, I own Star Island only, but my parents-in-law are looking at adding my wife and I as co-owners (not "heirs") of their Holiday Inn Orange Lake timeshare (Fixed Week, 2-bedroom East Village, Week 21, RCI Red).

Can we do a PIC on it, even though we are not primary owners? Or is PIC only for timeshares owned solely by the Wyndham owners?

If you buy another timeshare from Wynhdam.
