We have taken pictures of our documents with our ipad and iphone and they appear as jpeg. The form does not support jpeg but will accept jpg, gif, png, txt, doc, docx. Is there a very simple way to change to one of those? Not too savy with this kind of process. Thank you.

I thought jpg was jpeg - so won't it do what you need?

Try renaming the .jpeg filename to .jpg and see if it works. They are the same format, just with the extra letter in the extension. You can also try renaming it to .png. It does the same thing. The other formats you named are for different file types.

Sounds like slopping programming by whoever created the form. Perhaps an archaic system as the three character extension was primarily used when filenames could only have a three character extension.
